Before installing the wood
on your floor you must check the quality of the wood that you will be
using. Consider the width of the planks so as to get the right look
you want. There are several forms in which you can install the wooden
flooring. You can either glue it or nail or you can also go for the
floating style. The floating style is engineered so as to get the
right look and the installation should be proper.
The
floating wood floor installation is done by a
technique in which various planks are layered on top so as to get a
multi -directional structure. a sub floor is also used to make it
stable. The quality of the sub-flooring too have to be checked
otherwise the top floor won’t fit in the right place. After the
wood have been placed in the right place keep some space from the
wall somewhat around 10mm. If the flooring is being done in a large
room then you must be very particular about the spaces.
It is convenient if you
take a small pieces of planks and then install it rather than using
big pieces. The planks should be placed in the same direction
otherwise there can be problem while finishing it.
